Marc J. Geiserman, Principal/President
SPOUSE: Catalina Trujillo

Professional: Marc is a product of the restaurant business in Southern California. Relocating to South Florida in 1991, he entered the commercial real estate field and began leasing and managing properties for a local development company. Marc co-founded SouthEast Properties with his "Pops" in 1995.
PERSONAL: Quite the outdoorsman, Marc is proficient at camping, boating, scuba diving, skydiving, motorcycle racing, snowboarding and fishing. He's also quite a cook - roasting, grilling, sauteing and baking...always with football on TV in the background. A political junkie, Marc watches the news shows when a newspaper or good book isn't available.
FUN FACTS: Marc tried out for the USC football team, but ended up the waterboy. He met his wife on match.com. As a boy, he dreamed of being a marine biologist or forest ranger. His nickname is True Grit, stemming from his passion for the great wide open, in real life and on the silver screen.

Bob Geiserman, Principal/Director
SPOUSE: Kay
CHILDREN: Jay, Marc & Annie
EDUCATION: UM Business Administration degree
Professional: Bob has been in the real estate industry for 35 years. In 1995, he and his son Marc started SouthEast Properties, and in 1998 they purchased the Admiral Building at the Cove Shopping Center, where the company offices are now located. Bob is also a licensed mortgage broker.
PERSONAL: Born in Brooklyn, Bob moved with his family to Miami at age 4. In 1965, he left for Southern California, where he lived for the next 25 years, working in the accounting and publishing industries, later moving on to real estate and restaurant/nightclub ownership. He moved his family back to South Florida in 1990. An avid biker for many years, Bob still owns three Harleys. He spends his summers at his second home in Del Mar, California.
FUN FACTS: Bob played shortstop on his high school baseball team. He is an avid cigar enthusiast, world traveler and a better than average marksman.

Jay Geiserman, Vice President
SPOUSE: Lori
CHILDREN: Spencer, Shane
EDUCATION: Technical training (architectural)
Professional: In 2000, after working in the architectural field for 14 years in the Southern California area and then South Florida (at Vander Ploeg and Associates), Jay branched out into commercial real estate. He started his SouthEast Properties career as the property manager for our 16 commercial properties. Using his expertise in the construction/development field, Jay also oversaw the expansion of the Davie Square Shopping Center, and was instrumental in the ground-up development of the Floridian Community Bank Building. More recently, Jay was involved in the construction of a new KFC in Ocala, and the redevelopment of our Six Gun, Barclay Square and Buttonwood Plaza properties. Jay continues to be involved with many of our current site development projects, while still carrying out his property management duties and maintaining the landlord/tenant relationship.
PERSONAL: Jay loves the outdoors, and lives to hit the surf or just hang out at the beach with his family.
FUN FACTS: He plays hockey every week, throws a mean bowling ball, and also enjoys hitting the links or casting a rod whenever he can find the time.

Lynda Kester, Office Manager
SPOUSE: N/A
CHILDREN: N/A
EDUCATION: Montana State University
Professional: Lynda has worked in commercial real estate for 15 years now, having started with a firm in New York City before relocating to Florida in 1993. She has been with the principals of SouthEast Properties since that time, and was an original employee of the company when it started up in 1995.
PERSONAL: Lynda is a Montana native who moved back and forth between Montana, New York and Florida before finally settling in Boca Raton.
FUN FACTS: Though unfortunately not much of an athlete herself, Lynda is a devoted sports fan, with subscriptions to Sports Illustrated, ESPN and Dime Magazine. She loves football and baseball, but her favorite is basketball – particularly the Detroit Pistons. She is also a huge animal lover, and religiously supports many animal-related causes.

Ronny Peltcs, Administrative Assistant
SPOUSE: Eric
CHILDREN: Elle Brooke & Ethan Bradley
EDUCATION: Broward Community College
Professional: After spending eight years in the animal medical field, Ronny and her husband decided it was time for her to start a “career”. She worked for a large real estate corporation, but really didn’t care for corporate America. At SouthEast Properties, she found the perfect mix of family and professional all in one office!
PERSONAL: Ronny married her high school sweetheart. They bought the perfect house in Coconut Creek, where they are raising their two children (Elle & Ethan), three cats (Huggs, Kisses & Love), two dogs (Tag & Blink), three turtles, and too many fish to count.
FUN FACTS: Ronny is an only child. She was born and raised in Florida. Her favorite team is the Miami Heat (Dorell Wright #1). Yes, her real name is Ronny – she was named after her dad, Ronald.

Potter, Office Supply Manager
EDUCATION: Street Smart
Professional: As the office snoop, Potter roots through boxes, bags, drawers...nothing is off limits. Most of her time is spent being the bathroom monitor and searching for rubber bands. Her primary objective is to lay on as many office chairs as possible.
PERSONAL: After spending her first two years at the Tri-County Animal Shelter, Potter caught the eye of a business man named Bob Geiserman. Bob called his assistant and said "Go to the shelter and adopt the calico named Potter!"
FUN FACTS: Like a polar bear, Potter is cute and cuddly one minute, but rough and tough the next (just ask Lynda), She enjoys being dusted on the weekends, stealing the other cats napping spots, and chasing candy Runts.

Jake, Office Stud Muffin
EDUCATION: Street Smart
Professional: Jake comes running when he hears the front door open and enjoys scaring the daylights out of visitors who don't know there are office cats here.
PERSONAL: Originally from Pennsylvania, Jake hitched a ride to Florida after his owner died. His new owner had to go back and forth to Pennsylvania, so the humans at SouthEast Properties offered to "cat sit." He's still here.
FUN FACTS: He loves to be looked at and petted, but DON'T kiss him! Jake's favorite food is stuffed shrimp from Thai Sushi Express and fresh bacon. He likes to lay in the sun beams that shine in Marc's office. Sometimes, he snoozes in the recycle bins so no one can disturb him. Shhhh!

Scram, Furry Speed Bump
EDUCATION: Street Smart
Professional: Scram recently retired,but as you can see is working again. At least he doesn’t have to hunt for food – here it is served on a silver platter.
PERSONAL: He is roughly 18. Abandoned 15 years ago Scram was adopted by a great family as an outdoor cat. When that family moved to Washington State, SouthEast Properties took him in.
FUN FACTS: Scram is deathly afraid of the blue recycle bins; has his own hairstylist, Elle who does his hair on Sundays; and has his own groupies named Madison and Taylor who love nothing more than to hunt him down and hug him.
